Personal Training

Personal training is a low-cost program that provides personalized fitness plans and dietary recommendations for George Fox students and employees pursuing specific health and wellness goals. University Recreation personal trainers are all certified with NCCA-accredited personal training certifications.

Personal training clients are invited to participate as individuals or with a partner. Initial consultation conversations are free and scheduled based on availability of the trainer, and whether they are accepting new clients. Prices are reflective of individual cost.

Braden Henry

Braden Henry

Braden Henry is a senior at 最新麻豆视频, majoring in Psychology. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer at Hadlock, with a background in athletics and weight training. In addition to his own training, Braden currently coaches football and enjoys physical activities like hiking.

Sierra Jones

Sierra Jones

Sierra Jones is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer at Hadlock Student Center and a sophomore at 最新麻豆视频 majoring in Kinesiology. She has a background in competitive gymnastics and coaching and enjoys hiking, rock climbing, weightlifting, and most sports. Sierra is excited to encourage fitness, balanced living, and healthy habits for both her clients and the general Hadlock community.
