Check-in Locations

• Brandt Lobby (for students in Brandt Hall)
• Hadlock Student Life Entrance (for students in First-Year Residence Halls, Houses, and Apartments)
• Le Shana Lobby (for students in Le Shana Hall)
• Newlin Lobby (for students in Newlin Hall)

Students will receive instructions via email regarding winter break housing closures, including move-out information if needed.

All undergraduates may return to campus beginning at 12 p.m. Incoming students will check-in at the Stevens Center from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. and will receive additional instructions via email.

All undergraduates must be checked out of on-campus housing by 12 p.m., and must schedule a check-out with their RA. At the scheduled check-out time, the RA will complete a walk-through of the living space. Housing keys must be returned to the Student Life Office before leaving campus.

Note: Students staying for Summer Housing or those required to stay past 12 p.m. because of employment, athletics, or academic programs should receive an email from housing@georgefox.edu regarding extended stay approval.

Graduating seniors must be checked out of on-campus housing by 3 p.m., and must schedule a check-out with their RA. At the scheduled check-out time, the RA will complete a walk-through of the living space. Housing keys must be returned to the Student Life Office before leaving campus.
