Eligibility
You must be an enrolled student in a George Fox art course this academic year. Your artwork must have been produced during the past 12 months.

Enter by March 2
To enter you must preregister your artwork (three pieces maximum) through Monday, March 2, 2026. Registration opens February 9, 2026. Art & Design majors must submit at least 2 pieces.

Deliver by March 4
Bring your preregistered artwork (exhibit-ready) to Minthorne Gallery (Hoover) Wednesday, March 4, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Jury
Independent jurors will make selections for inclusion into the Student Annual Art & Design Showcase, which will be posted by noon on Thursday, March 5.

Pick-up artwork
All pieces not included in exhibit MUST be picked up that same day (Thursday, March 5) between 12:00 and 6:00 p.m.

Opening
Reception for the Student Annual Art & Design Showcase will be Monday, March 16, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.
Prize winners will be announced!
