Christmas Concert

Each year, the university hosts its biggest music event on campus in the form of a Christmas concert. It features many of the school's music ensembles and offers four performances – on Friday and Saturday night as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoon. This year's concert is scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 5-7, in Bauman Auditorium.

Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025
7:00 p.m.

Performers and audience on stage. Free for Fox students and employees; $10 all other guests

The Italian word “Zingaresca” means “in a Gypsy style." Formed in 2006, ZINGARESCA ENSEMBLE is a product of collaboration between the celebrated Romani (“Gypsy”) virtuoso Vadim Kolpakov, the pioneer in the revival of the seven-string guitar Oleg Timofeyev, and the Juilliard-trained baritone Anton Belov. The ensemble interweaves classical Eastern European guitar heritage with the best traditions of the Romani and Jewish diaspora, thus blending the sophistication of classical music with the fiery vitality of folk musical expression. We’re delighted to be hosting the world renown group for a one-hour concert on 9/17; guests will sit on stage with the artists in an intimate concert in the round, on the Bauman stage.
